Personalized Solution in European Family and Succession Law
The PSEFS Final Events will be held in Camerino (Macerata) on 20 – 21 October 2020 at the UNICAM Campus Universitario – Via D’Accorso 16 – Sala Convegni del Rettorato.
The President of the ADGI Lecce Section Avv. Maria Gabriella Rossi will speak on Tuesday, 20 October 2020 at the Public Seminar about “Future of European family and succession Law” (16:15 – 18:15)
She will be representing the Associazione Donne Giuriste Italia (Italian Women Lawyers Association, ADGI) with a speech on “The role of the agreement as a tool to manage the property regimes of cross-border married couples and of registered partnerships under EU regulations 2016/1103 and 2016/1104”
